A little bit about Focus Admin...

Angela Wycoff

Let me introduce myself, I'm Angela Wycoff, owner and founder of Focus Administrative Virtual Assistance. My husband, Nate Wycoff, and I are co-owners and co-founders of High Demand Design, specializing in affordable print and web design. We live the good life – we’re so grateful that we both work from home and spend time enjoying our family, our businesses and amazing clients! We live on a hobby farm on Pine Lake in Baldwin, Wisconsin with our 3 crazy kids, horses, our dogs and barn kitties… we love it and wouldn’t call anything else home!


Prior to forming Focus Administrative, I commuted a total of 2 1/2 hours (on a good day!) each and every day to downtown Minneapolis where I was employed full time as a legal assistant for a large prestigious law firm. I worked long and hard to get there. I loved what I did every day – working with attorneys, clients and co-workers. I thrived on challenging or seemingly impossible tasks and working independently to problem solve and figure out efficient solutions I could bring to my bosses.

The drawback was the rigidity and lack of flexibility … being away from my family for 12 hours a day – almost every waking hour and not being able to attend my kids’ activities or appointments. So, I started Focus Administrative with the idea of being successful both at home and having a successful, meaningful career, by assisting entrepreneurs from my fully equipped home office.

This idea has grown into the thriving business it is today, allowing me to partner with clients locally or globally! I am absolutely dedicated to the Virtual Assistance profession and believe in continuing my education and enhancing my skills, as well as learning new skills and keeping up-to-date on software and technology. My goal is to make your life easier and less stressful by giving you the freedom to focus on what is important to you, while saving you money and helping your business succeed. My success is truly dependent on your success.

I am an eco-friendly Virtual Assistant, and am committed to saving our environment and reducing my carbon footprint.  Working virtually, I operate a paperless office, recycle all recyclable materials, I’m no longer commuting 3 hours a day, and no longer dry cleaning my wardrobe!

Because I believe in continuing my education and always learning I am pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Internet Marketing at Full Sail University! In addition to my college studies, I am also currently studying to take several of the Microsoft Certified Application Specialist exams!
